"The Block Napa Valley (N.V.) Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully bright wine with clean fruit flowing from the front to the back of the pallet. Consisting of a blend of 5 small vineyard blocks across the valley floor; spanning from the Coombsville district to the bench of Mt. Veeder. This region maintains slightly cooler and moderate temperatures in the morning than the upper-valley due to marine influence. In the afternoon this region benefits from the warm summer temperatures resulting in crisp and elegant characteristics. Aged in 30% new and 70% one year old French oak for 24 months, the Block NV is fruit driven, with light tannins. It can be enjoyed with a Tenderloin, or by itself. This wine will hit its stride in only a few years but can aged in your cellar and enjoyed years to come".
