“The 2014 Pinot Noir Widdoes Vineyard, which comes from the cold Green Valley, exhibits deep berry notes, an almost briary character, with loamy soil undertones, some subtle oak, lots of red and black cherries, and a hints of pomegranate and plum. It is medium to full-bodied, and again, another beautiful wine from Capiaux to drink over the next 5-8 years.”
