“We are thrilled to release this dense, rich Archive Cabernet Sauvignon from the fantastic 2016 vintage! This year, the blend includes young vines from a ridgetop site at Stagecoach just a stone’s throw from Pritchard Hill, as well as a few barrels from Kenefick and La Place. Look for aromatics of blackberry, dark cherry, sage, chocolate cream pie and wet stones, framed by an exotically spicy note of French oak. The palate is layered and complex, with a long finish and soft tannins. This is eminently drinkable and offers superb value in Napa Cab. 112 cases produced from four and a half barrels.”
