1985 Cuvee Dom Perignon Rose 750 ml
Our Price: $489.99

Rating: 90 Points (Wine Spectator)

"Excellent finesse in this wine that is still fresh with lime and citrus, but it also hints at lovely hazelnut, nutmeg and coffee bean notes. A very long orange-peel-scented finish. A touch lighter than the '82.”

2005 Schramsberg J Schram Sparkling Wine 750 ml
Our Price: $107.99

Rating: 94 Points (Wine Advocate)

“The 2005 J. Schram is a blend of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir. Generally these wines are aged six years on their yeast prior to bottling. This wine, which comes from four different northern California counties (most from Napa), exhibits a light straw color along with crisp notes of pear, apple skin and brioche in a medium-bodied, complex yet delicate style with tiny pinpoint bubbles, persistent effervescence and a dry, crisp finish. This beautiful sparkling wine is intense yet delicate. It should drink well for 6-8 years.

2006 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 750ml
2006 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 750ml
Our Price: $399.99

Rating: 97 Points (Wine Advocate)

"The 2006 Brut Cristal has put on quite a bit of weight since I first tasted it earlier this year. It is a powerful, structured Cristal layered with considerable fruit. Chardonnay seems to play the leading role in 2004, at least today. Cristal is often accessible young, but that is far from the case here. This is a serious, painfully young Cristal that will require considerable patience. Readers who are willing to spend some time with the wine today will find a super-impressive, complete Cristal. The 2006 Cristal is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay."

Our Price: $224.99

Rating: 98 Points (James Suckling)“A firm and vivid Champagne with a precise, focused palate. Full-bodied and dry. It’s very layered and bright with light pineapple, peach, praline, cooked-apple and stone aromas and flavors. It’s very subtle and focused at the end. Integrated with richness and high acidity. Good depth. Reminds me of the 1995. Very clean, solid. Lovely to drink already but will age nicely".

Hattingley Classic Reserve Brut, England 750 ml
Hattingley Classic Reserve Brut, England 750 ml
Our Price: $49.99

Rating: 92 Points (Wine Enthusiast)

“Smooth hints of apricot and vanilla immediately give the nose an impression of richness and generosity. The palate also has a creaminess and sonorous layers of gentle apple and stone fruit, mingling with notions of sponge cake. But this stays on the svelte side, brightened by a lightning flash of brisk crispness. It combines freshness and mellowness, showing what reserve wines can do to a delicious blend. The finish is dry, pure and delicious.”

Rating: 93 Points (Wine Enthusiast)

“…arguably one of the very best traditional method wines made in the U.S. Experience the full bouquet of a brut rosé is by drinking it from a Burgundy glass. This will wrap you in a cloud of ginger, fresh strawberry pulp, baby powder, brioche, and a whiff of grenadine in this incredibly fruit-driven bottling with an exquisite palate. It's a uniquely Oregonian sparkling wine that gets its richness from low yields.”
