1985 Cuvee Dom Perignon Rose 750 ml
|
|

Rating: 90 Points (Wine Spectator)
"Excellent finesse in this wine that is still fresh with
lime and citrus, but it also hints at lovely hazelnut, nutmeg and coffee bean
notes. A very long orange-peel-scented finish. A touch lighter than the '82.”

2006 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 750ml
|
|

Rating: 97 Points
(Wine Advocate) "The 2006 Brut Cristal has put on quite a bit of weight since I
first tasted it earlier this year. It is a powerful, structured Cristal layered
with considerable fruit. Chardonnay seems to play the leading role in 2004, at
least today. Cristal is often accessible young, but that is far from the case
here. This is a serious, painfully young Cristal that will require considerable
patience. Readers who are willing to spend some time with the wine today will
find a super-impressive, complete Cristal. The 2006 Cristal is 60% Pinot Noir
and 40% Chardonnay."

2010 Dom Perignon Brut Champagne Gift Box 750 ml
|
|

Rating: 98 Points
(James Suckling)“A firm and vivid Champagne with a precise, focused palate.
Full-bodied and dry. It’s very layered and bright with light pineapple, peach,
praline, cooked-apple and stone aromas and flavors. It’s very subtle and
focused at the end. Integrated with richness and high acidity. Good depth.
Reminds me of the 1995. Very clean, solid. Lovely to drink already but will age nicely".

Soter Mineral Springs Brut Rose, Yamhill-Carlton, OR 750 ml
|
|

Rating: 93 Points (Wine Enthusiast)
“…arguably one of the very best traditional
method wines made in the U.S. Experience the full bouquet of a brut rosé is
by drinking it from a Burgundy glass. This will wrap you in a cloud of ginger,
fresh strawberry pulp, baby powder, brioche, and a whiff of grenadine in this
incredibly fruit-driven bottling with an exquisite palate. It's a uniquely
Oregonian sparkling wine that gets its richness from low yields.”

Taittinger Brut La Francaise, 3 Ltr
|
|

Rating: 92 Points (Wine Enthusiast)
“From a fine house, this bubbly has classic aromas of yeast
and lime, with a hint of vanilla and coconut. In the mouth, its rich and
full-bodied, with delicate citrus flavors and good acidity, but very dry. It’s
mostly notable for balance and harmony. An elegant, smooth wine with a good
deal of complexity and finesse.”

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin NV Yellow Label Brut 1.5 Liter
|
|

Rating: 92 Points (Wine Spectator)
"The famous yellow-labelled
Veuve Cliquot is known for its consistent quality and balance between power and
finesse. Pinot Noir is the predominant grape used in the blend, which gives a
robust core structure, with Pinot Meunier adding body and Chardonnay the
necessary freshness and elegance. This is a well-loved wine suitable for any
celebration for day-to-day indulgence."

Veuve Clicquot Rose Brut, 750 ml

Rating:
91 Points (Wine & Spirits)
"This has the bright savor of a
strawberry dipped in sea salt. It's light, with a hint of smokiness to balance
the fruit. Together with the fine bubbles, that fruit savor will clean up after
cured sausages and other charcuterie."
