“The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Perseid has a saturated blue/black color and beautiful blueberry and blackberry fruit with some licorice, incense and camphor. It is full-bodied, elegant but pure, and dense, with a hint of minerality, but offers loads of fruit, body and extract. This wine is still youthful, and for a 2014, reasonably backward for the vintage. Give it another several years of bottle age and drink it over the following 20 years.” (December 30, 2016)
