Description

"Subtle green spices with a piquant wasabi note to the creamy star fruit and oatmeal. Pretty intense, with bright, angular acidity sharpening the medium- to full-bodied palate. Textured, elastic and mouthwatering, revealing a limey, saline touch in the medium-long finish. Delicious now but can hold for a few more years." James Suckling
