2013 Joseph Drouhin Meursault 750 ml
Our Price: $75.99

Tasting Note: Veronique Boss-Drouhin

“A refined wine, well appreciated in the whole world. A beautiful golden colour and a great aromatic palette: honey, linden flower (“tilleul”), hazelnut butter, sometimes even chamomile or hawthorn. On the palate, a silky roundness. Long on the aftertaste, with flavours of yellow plum and gingerbread”.

Rating: 93 Points (Wine Spectator)

“This white is saturated with peach, lemon curd, lime blossom, honey and light spice flavors. The plush texture gives this immediate appeal, but there is a firm structure underneath and even a touch of tannins.”

2017 Domaine Des Hates Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume 750 ml
Our Price: $64.99

Rating: 92 Point (Robert Parker)

“The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume L'Homme Mort unfurls in the glass with aromas of lemon oil, fennel, wet stones and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and incisive, with an elegantly textural attack, a bright spine of acidity and a penetrating finish. Drink 2020-2033.”

2018 Domaine Alain Chavy Puligny-Montrachet 1ER Cru Clavoillon 750 ml
Our Price: $116.99

Rating: 90-92 Points (Vinous)

The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Clavoillons 1er Cru comes from 0.50 hectares of 60-year-old vines and sees around 35% new oak. It has a little more detail and stoniness on the nose compared directly with the Champ Gains. The palate is very well balanced, with orange pith, lime, a pinch of white pepper and flinty notes toward the sustained finish. It might need a little more depth considering the climate in question, although it does reveal a very pleasant fiery quality on the aftertaste”. (1/2020)

Our Price: $116.99

Rating: 92 Points (Wine Advocate)

“The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatières reveals aromas of citrus oil, yellow orchard fruit, blanched almonds and fresh pastry. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy, this is the tightest-knit wine in the range, holding the most in reserve—even in this forward, demonstrative vintage. I consider that a good sign, and would pick this as Chavy's finest 2018 premier cru.

2018 Joseph Drouhin Chassagne-Montrachet 750 ml
Our Price: $106.99

Tasting Notes:

“Pale golden robe. An interesting juxtaposition of fine-boned finesse and ‘broad shoulders.’ White flower, baking spice and nutty aromas, perfectly poised acids and tannins, nuanced finish.

Rating: 91-93 Points (Vinous)

“The 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 1er Cru (Marquis de Laguiche) comes from a vineyard that tends to produce millerandé berries. This has an intense powerful bouquet with hints of menthol permeating the citrus fruit developing a more fumé style with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced with hints of passion fruit and peach on the entry becoming spicier and subtly Muscat-like toward the very satisfying persistent finish. Excellent.”
